Elk Wines Shiraz, a relative newcomer, is trademark Barossa on the nose, dark berries and plums, a sprinkling of earth, some spice, and a lick of oak. Fruit forward and quite elegant on the palate, treads the well worth path of the Barossa quite well, plums, blackberry, and pepper all there, a little clove and vanilla action, tannins are fine and grippy. Fans of Barossa Shiraz will find comfort here 👏🏽🍷👌🏽
