4/28/2021, 12:45:31 PM McLaren Vale Grenache is a thing of beauty, and this example from Ada Wine Co is doing the business tonight. Super light, strawberry in colour, with a nose of raspberry liquorice laces, earthy strawberries, and cherries. On the palate it’s Pinot Noir-esque with cherries, raspberries, and wild strawberries, mouth-watering, almost salty tartness and super fine emery-board tannins. This isn’t lasting long, and at 12.7% I should feel fine tomorrow, perfect!
