Dedicated to expressing the land and traditional methods of winemaking, he farms using organic and low intervention methods. Vines are 10-80 years in age at 820-1000 feet in elevation, with layered clay and sandy limestone tuff soils. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts with 12 hours on the skins, aged 6 months in stainless steel.
