3rd generation winemakers Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are passionately dedicated to preserving both the native grapes and winemaking traditions indigenous to Piemonte. Briefly aged in stainless steel, bottled during the waning moon, unfiltered, unfined, no added SO2 Foggy red-violet in colour, with aromas of blackberry, raspberry, cherry, earth, soft spice. All the cherries [black, red, sour] blackberry, bramble and light, tart acidity are underscored by fine grain tannins. Cherry and plum linger on the spicy finish.
