Deliciousness again from Tahbilk and their stalwart
9/30/2021, 12:45:29 PM Deliciousness again from Tahbilk and their stalwart Marsanne. It's a wine destined to develop more complexity with time but for now it’s on the lean and racy spectrum. Limes and granny smith apples, white florals, and minerals on the nose. It looks great in the glass, shimmering silver and gold, it’s tight, fresh, and zesty, à la Riesling in many ways, lemons, lime, and green apple with equivalent citrus acidity. Refreshing now, complex later. I can't think of a better "value" wine to cellar in Australia.
