Located in the mountains of the Matelica appellation in the western part of the Marche region, Bisci is known for its exceptional Verdicchio and skipping vintages when the wine doesn’t meet their standards.

From vines planted in 1978-2016, at 300-350 meters in elevation, fermented in stainless steel, aged on the lees in glass lined glass lined cement vats for 8 months.

Gold in colour, with bright aromas of apple, pear, peach, citrus blossom, herbs, flinty minerality and honey. Apricot, green apple, pear, herbs, a drizzle of honey and flinty minerals are glossed by citrus acidity.

Pink grapefruit and summer herbs accent the almond finish.

Organically farmed vines are in rocky, mineral rich soils at 380 meters in elevation.

Pale gold in colour, with aromas of lemon, sage, rosemary, white flowers and chalky minerals.

Lemon, pineapple, herbs, grapefruit and almond are accented by racy acidity.

Rosemary and citrus linger on the mineral driven, crisp finish.
