For over 20 years Giuseppe Vezzoli has been producing classic method Franciacorta using the SoloUva (JustGrapes) method, in which frozen grape must is used as the sugar during tirage and dosage, rather than cane sugar. Without the addition of sugar, grape and terroir are allowed their purest form of expression.

Gold in colour with aromas of lemon, yellow apple, honey, almond, brioche and clean minerality.

Delicate flavours of lemon, pear, candied ginger and minerals are framed by citrus acidity and fine, consistent bubbles.

Lemon, pink grapefruit, honeysuckle and buttery toast linger between each fizzy sip. Elegant, cheerful and graceful.
