Deep copper-gold in colour with aromas of apricot, honey and golden raisin.

Dried apricot, baked red apple and mango glaze over linseed and allspice.

Finishing dry and spicy with a bit of yellow fruit lingering between each sip.

Blend of Chardonnay, Sauvingon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Riesling Italico

Fermented with wild yeasts in amphorae buried in the ground, part of the wine aged in amphorae for 11 months, the remainder in large oak barrels for 3 years.
