An innovator amongst clay amphora ageing, Francesco Cirelli designed his own amphora and had them custom built in Tuscany. The amphora “have special stainless steel seals on the top of them that assist in preventing oxidation and allow his wines to remain fresh and vibrant” yet still able to benefit from the neutral vinification clay amphora are renowned for.

Deep gold in colour with aromas of lemon, chalk minerals and a trace of nuts. Lemon, pear, apple, honey and warm summer earth are framed by bright acidity and a nutty finish. Soft, round and smooth, your glass will empty rather swiftly.

Deep gold in colour with aromas of pine nut, lemon, Thai basil, apricot and honey. Lemon, yellow pear, granny smith, buttery bread and saline minerality are buoyed by light fizz and friendly acidity.

A creamy, slightly bitter nuttiness lingers between each sip.

Young vines are in clay, calcium rich soils. Gentle press with spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel, aged for 12 months in stainless steel, unfined, unfiltered.

Located in the sandy hills of Colline Teramane, 8 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea in Abruzzo, Francesco farms not only vines, but also olive trees, fig trees, garlic, spelt, wheat, barley and figs with organic, sustainable and biodynamic methods.

Hand harvested grapes are from a 2 hectare vineyard with vines averaging 6 years in age, with calcium and clay soils. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, aged in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, and low sulphur.

Gold in colour with delicate aromas of lemon, hay, apricot, wildflowers and linseed.

Green pear, apple, nectarine, lemon and coriander seed are glossed by fresh acidity. A nutty streak infuses the silky lemon finish. Fresh and super gluggable.

Wild strawberry, red currant, cherry and a savory streak are framed by tangy acidity and green tea tannins. Black cherry and blackberry fuse with the mineral driven finish.
