Orange gold in colour, very aromatic; with peach, apricot, mango, orange, candied ginger, lemon zest, honeysuckle.

Layers of flavour elaborate the aroma; lemon, jasmin, peach, apricot, blood orange, baked pear, ginger, lemongrass, spearmint, chamomile, saline minerality, citrus acidity flanked by green tea tannins.

Lemon, pink grapefruit, and orange infuse the nutty finish.

Located in the Parma hills, in the commune of Varano de’ Melegari, in Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy, the vineyards, wine cellar and home are on the left bank of the river Ceno, where it forms a of natural amphitheatre, 250 and 500 meters above sea level.

Soil is clay-like, subalkaline with 12% active limestone.

A long maceration of 90 days, with native yeasts in stainless steel and concrete containers.

Orange in colour, intensely aromatic, with layers of mandarin orange, apricot, nectarine, papaya, jasmine, hay and clover honey.

Green tea tannins and fresh acidity provide the backbone to nectarine, apricot, mandarin orange, lemon, clove, white flowers, lemon thyme and marjoram. Papaya, candied ginger and orange are complimented by a bitter streak on the lengthy finish.

A long maceration of 210 days, with native yeasts in stainless steel and concrete containers.

Amber gold in colour, very aromatic, with mandarin orange, apricot, nectarine, ginger, jasmine, hay and spice.

Citrus acidity glosses apricot, nectarine, lemon, mandarin orange, chamomile and thyme.

Green tea tannins merge with a bitter streak that frames lemon, orange blossom, ginger and saline minerality on the clean finish.

Foggy light gold in colour, with aromas of lemon, lime, toasted barley and wildflowers.

Lemon, trace of marzipan, slate minerality and bright acidity are framed by light consistent fizz.

Pink grapefruit and a nutty streak gloss the fizzy finish.

Soil is clay-like, subalkaline with 12% active limestone. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, aged in cement followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.

Coral ruby in colour, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, amber resin, apricot, grapefruit, warm summer earth and wildflowers.

Apricot, strawberry, pink grapefruit, licorice, earthy minerality and citrus acidity shimmer across light green tea tannins.

A trace of roasted nuts accents black cherry and lime on the refreshing finish.
