Castelnuovo di Noarna is located in the hills of Vallagarina, in the southern part of Trentino, northern Italy. The property dates back to Roman times when it was a fortress, the castle, and its documented ownership and intriguing history date all the way back to 1177.

The 7 hectares of biodynamic and organic vineyards are located on steep east/southeast facing slopes at an elevation of about 350 meters above sea level.

Aromas of apple, straw, nuts and a trace of honey.

Creamy lemon, clean minerality and consistent, well-structured fizziness glide over a nutty backbone.

The finish is dry with a pleasant bitterness. Refreshing and straightforward, fantastic on its own or with lighter dishes.
