After only a glass of wine last night, I decided to grab something from the cellar and I don’t think the cork could have survived much longer.

Any guesses to the vintage, Bin or if it will be ‘corked’ or drinking well. Love to see your comments...simple...

Rating: Buy 🍷  2016 Purple Hands Wines Barossa Valley Shiraz.

Story Time: Coincidence or not? I started to open this bottle from Purple Hands and Purple Rain by Prince started playing on my random Spotify playlist. So I'm about to drink purple hands wine and purple rain came on...I'm caught in the moment. Is it the wine? Is it the song? or is it both?  Its good. For the next 7 minutes I drink, I listen, I sing. The wine has a length like the guitar solo and before you know it, you find yourself waving the glass in the air, while singing purple rain, Puurrrrpppleee Raaain.

If the Purple Hands team ever get that vintage, that wine that is a classic. It must be called 'purple rain' and packaged in a white box with purple velour and a symbol. (note: I want commission on all sales) Long live Prince.

Random Fact: Purple Rain was originally written by Prince for Stevie Nicks and was composed as a country song...simple...Glad he changed it.
