What is the best cellar door / winery experience you’ve
7/4/2021, 12:46:08 PM What is the best cellar door / winery experience you’ve had? I’m creating my post-covid cellar door tour so let me know the wineries that blew you away and or where you would most like to go? Rippon is top of my ‘must do’ list given every time I open a bottle someone asks if I’ve been. Must be good right? 👌🏽🍷 As for the wine, Rippon Mature Vine PN 2017, 2 down, 4 left. It’s one of the best Pinot Noirs I’ve had, certified banger territory here. So much structure and balanced, equal parts fruit, spice and stony minerality. I’m not sure I’d change a thing. The potential for greatness is huge🍷👌🏽🙏🏼
