Dark berries meet cigar box, ground coffee, liquorice bullets, and vanilla essence on the nose, decadent, delightful. The palate’s silky smooth, full, flavour-packed, and hugely seductive, kept shapely by good acid and fine tannin. Ripe dark berries, plums, cherry cola, toasty oak, and clove, Christmassy, how very apt. It’s a wine of brilliant pedigree, classic in form, fantastic in flavour. Love it 🍷🙏🏼👏🏽
