This is a basket pressed goddess of a wine that is a calibration between David Anderson of @wildduckcreekestate and Ian Rathjen from the Whistling Eagle Vineyard. The back label says it all, “For many years we blended a small batch of wine together for our friends to enjoy" You would definitely be happy to share and even impress your friends. Especially at a ridiculous $25. For those you are unaware of Wild Duck Creek, they make one of Australia's best wines, the Duck Muck. Funny name but serious wine. The Duck Muck is produced in such a small quantity and only produced in exceptional vintages. Which has lead to only 10 vintages in 26 years. So when you see that winemaker producing a small side project, you buy it. Enough on the background, this particular wine is devine and worthy of a great rating. Outrageous value...simple...
