This winery seems to be quite large and produces a wide range of wines. The winery is in the state of Coahuila, but more specifically the Parras Valley. 💯 Chenin Blanc and the grapes are farmed organically· 👁 Pale lemon color· 👃 Medium intensity on the nose. Aromas of lemon, lemon pledge (yep, the cleaning product), lemon custard without the custard, and lemonade without the sugar. Notice a theme?· 👄 The wine is dry, high searing acidity, medium+ alcohol, and medium- body. The palate is 1 note, 🥁drum roll please ..... Lemon 🍋 for days. To be more precise a pitcher of water with a dozen juiced lemons, a spoon of yogurt, and a splash of lemon pledge. Alcohol comes across a bit 🔥 hot for the wine. Finish is the artificial lemon chemical smell· 🔔 To be fair, this is only $14 dollars, BUT there is a lot of better wine out there even in this price range.
