Aromas of lemon custard, acacia, chamomile, yellow apple, quince, mushroom, and tree bark. The wine is dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, and full body. This wine is more expressive on the palate. Flavors of yellow apple, quince, pie crust, lemon, lime, custard, and chamomile. The finish is long and ends on a floral note. On the palate there is a very creamy texture throughout while the acidity is highlighted in the finish. The alcohol is well integrated but started to feel it as the wine warmed up.
