Tonight it’s the turn of Best’s Great Western Riesling from the Concongella Creek and the Rhymney Vineyard sites, descendants of the original plantings in 1866… loving it already. It’s a concentrated citrus, tangy, acid driven Aussie Riesling that punches well above its weight. Limes, green apples and pears, clean and crisp, steely and mineral on the finish.
