Hand harvested grapes are from a 2 hectare vineyard with vines averaging 6 years in age, with calcium and clay soils. Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, aged in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, and low sulphur. Gold in colour with delicate aromas of lemon, hay, apricot, wildflowers and linseed. Green pear, apple, nectarine, lemon and coriander seed are glossed by fresh acidity. A nutty streak infuses the silky lemon finish. Fresh and super gluggable.
