Precious Little Wines Barossa Shiraz 2018. First up, the packaging is on point, super simple, quality, goes a long way. Pure Barossa on the nose, dark berries, plums, dirt, and toasty oak. Smooth, super rich, classic Barossa on the palate. Dark fruits, concentrated, big flavours. Ample savoury notes of leather, pepper, and dried meats, balance the fruit nicely. Acidity is medium high, cuts through cleanly, tannins are gripping, slightly chewy, both add structure. Overall, a solid Barossa Shiraz!
