I’ve not had this long, and that’s the trouble with Whistler wines, they’re incredibly moreish! Sourced from fruit that’s 100% organic and biodynamic, 20% undergoes whole bunch fermentation with the remaining on skins for 12 days, resulting in a wine that’s complex, intriguing, and totally addictive. Fresh, fragrant, lively in the glass, with a perfume of blackberries, blackcurrants, plums, and a gorgeous whole bunch stemmy note. The palate is packed with concentrated juicy fruit that’s perfectly balanced, with body, tannins and texture that are all spot on. Super wine, bloody good, beautifully made.
